My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The location was great, allowing easy access to the waterfront at Morro Bay. The room had a small balcony, but it was a bit misleading. The service was friendly and professional, although there was a small issue with waiting during check-out. The dining experience was decent, offering a 'Grab and Go' breakfast option. The proximity to the Embarcadero was a definite plus.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and offered a nice view of Morro Rock, but the air conditioning was a bit problematic, shutting off before the room could cool down. The noise from the nearby ice machine was a bit bothersome. The location was convenient, within walking distance to downtown and the shops, but there were some issues with the dining options not being clearly communicated.
